Shipping Time

Product fulfilment: 2-5 business days
Delivery Time US: 2-7 business days
Worldwide: 7-14 business days

Delivery times are estimated and might differ based on the amount of orders to proceed. You will see the final costs and delivery times in the order Checkout.

 

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it’s 2–5 business days for all production techniques

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

Please note: 

  • Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time. 
  • Fulfillment for large orders may take longer on average, but it’ll still be fulfilled within 5 business days. 
  • Our fulfillment times are an estimate, but not a guarantee. 

 

 

How are your products packaged for shipment?

Framed posters come in cardboard boxes ranging in dimensions from 12 × 18 × 2 to 28 × 38 × 6 in.

Framed posters are first wrapped in tissue paper to protect them from scratches and then wrapped in a layer of adhesive bubble wrap or a foam pouch. 


Shipping destinations

We do ship globally, but there are some countries we can’t deliver to due to legal or shipping carrier restrictions.

We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. 

The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea 

Due to the impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to the following countries (last updated on Oct 26, 2022):

  • Afghanistan
  • Bhutan
  • Brunei
  • Chad
  • Laos
  • Libya
  • Mongolia
  • Samoa
  • South Sudan
  • Timor-Leste
  • Turkmenistan
  • Yemen

Customs fees

Depending on your order’s destination and fulfillment location, your customers might have to pay customs fees. The fees vary depending on the order value, country limits, and other factors.

Who pays the customs duties & taxes?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the customer.

What if the product got damaged in the mail?

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to ditotediashvili@gmail.com. Keep in mind that the whole item should be visible in the image. We’ll take a look and get in touch with you about the next steps.

What if the order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double-check that you got in touch with the local post office to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

What happens if a package wasn't delivered to my customer, but the tracking states that it was?

Unfortunately, we can’t help if the carrier marked the package as delivered, but the customer says they haven’t received it. There’s no way for us to verify this claim, so we won’t be able to cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.

But not all is lost! There might be cases where the delivery person left the package at your customer’s address in an unexpected location. You should reach out to the carrier and ask for additional information about the shipment. For example: "Left under the table on the back porch."

 

What should I do if it’s past the estimated delivery time and I still haven’t received my order?

If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed, here’s what you do:

  • Wait a bit more. Unfortunately, shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee.
  • Reach out to the carrier. You can contact the carrier service directly to get information about your shipment.
  • Get in touch with our customer support team. Let us know about your delayed shipment, and we’ll check the latest delivery updates. We may ask you to wait a few more days to receive the order. You can reach us via chat or send an email to ditotediashvili@gmail.com

Remember that we can’t reship an order if tracking information states it was delivered. In this case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.


Live shipping rates

Live rates are calculated by carriers in real-time and displayed during order checkout. These rates are determined by the order fulfillment location, shipping destination, shipping method, and carrier pricing.
